JunketClub ("we") operates this Platform and is the controller of the personal data described below. For anything in this policy, write to support@junketclub.app.

Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored as a salted hash) and avatar.

Activity data: bookings and the notes you attach to them, reviews, chat messages and attachments, VIP level and points.

For casino applicants: business details, verification documents and photos submitted during registration.

Technical data: IP address, request identifiers and security audit logs (sign-ins and sensitive actions).

To run the Platform: accounts, bookings, chat, reviews and the VIP programme.

To send transactional email — verification, password reset, booking and registration updates. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

To keep the Platform safe: fraud prevention, rate limiting, audit trails and enforcing bans.

To comply with legal obligations.

When you book a package or start a chat, we share your booking details and profile information with that casino so it can arrange the trip. Casinos see only what they need to serve you.

Service providers process data on our behalf: email delivery (Resend), hosting in EU data centres (netcup, Hetzner), storage and content delivery (Cloudflare, MinIO object storage) and error monitoring (Sentry, EU region). They act on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only where the law requires.

We use only essential cookies — the session and refresh tokens that keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Security audit logs and booking history are retained as long as needed for safety and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are hashed, access tokens are short-lived, uploads are validated by file type, and administrative actions are logged.

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and receive a copy of the data you provided. Write to support@junketclub.app — we respond within 30 days.

Data is hosted in the European Union (Germany). If we ever move it elsewhere, we will apply equivalent safeguards.

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18 — or under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction — and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on the Platform. The date above always reflects the latest revision.
