Terms of Service

JunketClub ("the Platform", "we") is an international casino-tourism marketplace. It connects players with partner casinos that publish their profiles, tour packages and tournaments on the Platform.

JunketClub is a showcase and a communication channel. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, gambling operator, broker or payment processor. Every package listed on the Platform is created, priced and fulfilled by the casino that offers it.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use the Platform. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using the Platform is lawful where you live.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on gambling or travel.

You register with accurate, current information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, abuse the Platform or violate these terms.

A booking made on the Platform is a request, not a purchase. The casino reviews each request and confirms or declines it at its own discretion.

JunketClub does not collect payment for trips. All settlement for a trip — the package price, stakes and any extras — is arranged directly between you and the casino. We will never ask you to pay for a trip online, and any such request made in our name is fraudulent.

A confirmed booking is a commitment by the casino, not by JunketClub. Details of fulfilment, changes and cancellation are agreed between you and the casino, including through the built-in chat.

Payments for our own optional subscription plans are separate — see "Subscriptions and paid plans" below.

VIP levels (Silver, Gold, Black) reflect your standing on the Platform and unlock access to certain packages. Levels and points have no monetary value, are non-transferable and may be adjusted by the Platform at its discretion. Earned VIP levels are separate from any optional paid subscription plan.

JunketClub offers optional paid subscription plans for casinos and for players, described on our Pricing page. The core of the Platform — browsing, booking requests and chat — is available without a paid plan.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each period by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for the sale, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds for subscriptions are governed by our Refund Policy. Any commission a casino owes the Platform is set out in its separate casino agreement, not in these terms.

You may post reviews, booking notes and chat messages. Content must be truthful, lawful and respectful — no spam, threats or disclosure of other people's personal data.

By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

Casinos are independent businesses responsible for their profiles, packages, tournaments and the fulfilment of confirmed bookings. A "Verified" badge means the casino passed our registration review; it is not a guarantee of any outcome.

You may not misuse the Platform: no scraping, probing or disrupting the service, no attempts to access other users' data, and no use of the Platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of casinos, for the quality or fulfilment of trips, for gambling outcomes, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Disputes about a trip are resolved between you and the casino. We may assist in good faith but have no obligation to arbitrate.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, suspected fraud or where the law requires it.

We may update these terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Platform; continued use after a change means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where the Platform operator is registered. Questions about these terms: support@junketclub.app.
